I've been a Les Nubians fan for a while, so their name was one of the first to pop up when we started thinking about who we would invite on the album. d' knew Hélène so he gave her a call, and even though they accepted our invitation right away, it took a whole year before we all ended up in studio for a legendary 12 hours long session. Many thanks to John Banzaï, who wrote all the lyrics to the joint, and to Faster Jay for his patience (even though he insulted our intelligence one year later, by offering us the worst deal in the history of record labels... before signing us on decent terms a few months later... and ending up never releasing the album. ). Thank god for night busses, I was able to come back home safe that night. Production wise, it's one of the few tracks that I felt didn't require any adds or changes after it was recorded. I just added some live guitar so I could get rid of a Kool & The Gang guitar stab I used in the original version.
